Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. A $60 fee applies for late changes. Appointments are non-transferable, and late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions. Cancellations can be made via email or phone.

At Cosmetic Doctors, Skin and Hair Clinics, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure we can accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy

24-Hour Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with other clients on our waiting list.

Cancellation Fee

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $60. This fee compensates for the time set aside for your appointment.

Non-Transferable Appointments

Appointments are specifically arranged for you and cannot be transferred to another person.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
